1. Who we are

DYAAR LIMITED, a registered business in Nigeria. Registered name, RC number and address to be added once supplied.

2. What Dyaar is (and is not)

Dyaar is a marketplace that verifies short-stay listings and connects guests and hosts. It does not hold money, is not a party to the stay contract, and does not handle taxes on your behalf.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be 18 or older to use the platform.

4. Accounts and your responsibilities

Accurate information, keeping credentials secure, and lawful use.

5. Booking, payment and fees

The guest pays when they book; the platform charge is 15% and is included in the shown price. See the Booking and Cancellation Policy.

6. Host responsibilities

Hosts warrant they may list the property, and must not misrepresent it. See the Host Terms and Listing Policy.

7. Prohibited conduct

No parties or events without the host's permission, no false claims, no off-platform payments.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Governed by the Booking and Cancellation Policy and the host's cancellation terms.
